There are already ships specially designed for the use of such. Making a general upgrade for all the bog standards would just make them useless.

The invisible army thing is right, but at least there are ways of making that impossible. Increasing the ROF is one way. I would prefer sujestions to improve them here, not advice to stock up on them mate

Allow them to launch while cloaked, but put a much longer cool down on the launchers. Basic X 3 or something?!? Don't give them covert ops cloaks, but allow them to sit in waiting for prey. With the new missiles skills they would deal alot of dam...
